Counselor

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older. You must know the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Counselors will be working with camper's ages 8-11 years old. Counselors will be required to sleep in a teepee, swim, play games, hike, fish, and most important lead campers to Christ. Male counselors will only work with boy campers and female counselors will only work with girls. Counselors on their week off will be required to help with cooking, cleaning, crafts, singing, bible study, or anywhere need arises. All counselors are to dress and groom themselves in such a way that is modest and glorifying to God so as not to be a stumbling block to others. Guys are not permitted to have long hair or wear jewelry. We ask ladies to wear no jewelry other than conservative earrings, and not to wear tight or revealing clothing. Applicants please send a recent picture of yourself with your application.

Male and Female Counselor Director

Male and female counselor directors are responsible for the spiritual encouragement of the counselors through Bible study, songs, and prayer. They must know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. They may be asked to substitute for a sick counselor. In addition, they will be responsible for supervising, helping, and keeping the counselors on schedule. They will work with the camp director. Counselor directors must fulfill the same application requirements as counselors.

Cook
	The cook must know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. He or she must have a recent TB test. They must be able to set up menus. The cook is required to prepare meals for at least 40 people three times a day. Dress and grooming requirements are the same as the counselors.

Nurse
	The nurse must know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. They must hold some type of certification as a nurse or nurse's aid. Nurses must know first aid. You may sign up for one week or the full 6 weeks.

Maintenance Person
	The maintenance person must know Christ as his Lord and Savior. They must be able to do odd jobs, from plumbing repair, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, to driving to town for supplies.

Life Guard
	The life guard must be a born again Christian. We prefer someone with a current Red Cross certificate. The applicant must be 17 years of age or older.

Helpers
	We need a variety of Christian helpers. Games, cooking, waterfront, and cleaning help are just a few of the areas where help will be needed.
